Honestly, I'm not...really that familiar with Sara's leadership style. But I know she's really good at what she does. I'm still trying to figure out what kind of leader I want to be - all I really know is that I want the best for my team and for the X-Men in general. Calm, cool decision-making, using everyone to their best ability, listening to everyone. Never going behind their back on anything. I wanna be fair, honest, open, but also decisive.

I probably don't see Sara as much as I'd like to, to be honest. Either something's going on on my end, or on hers. The only one I really see regularly is Rachel and that's because, you know.
